Cathedral of Christ the Saviour - Moscow, Russia

in photography •  6 years ago

Russia is so magnificent. This is the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, taken in 360 degrees. (Храм христа спасителя, pronounced Khram Khrista Spasitelya). It is the largest Orthodox Cathedral in Russia, originally constructed beginning in 1839. Unfortunately it was destroyed in 1931 by Stalin. Rebuilt beginning in 1990, it is an absolutely glorious building.

Please follow me for many more photos of Russia in the coming days and weeks.
