I try to be patient, but I do honestly believe 8 days is long enough to wait for a refund. I am not complaining about a poor ROI or negative ROI. I literally didn't receive a vote.

I recently send two bids for 4 SBD each on my post and I didn't receive a single vote. Also, I wasn't refunded. It was sent to the same post, but I figured it would be added together or refunded (it says you refund invalid bids if it doesn't add). I guess your bot had a glitch because I didn't get even 1 vote.

Please do the right thing and refund my 8 SBD.

@yabamatt, you promote @boomerang your site, steembottracker.com, however, they do not respond to customer complaints. I suggest you ask them to improve their service or suspend advertising for their bots. I know your service is free and I respect that. However, I am sure you make some advertising revenue. If they take my money without giving me the vote, it's hard to look at this as anything other than stealing, especially if they ignore complaints for over a week. You should not support this and suspend advertising for their bot until they sort this out.

Dear @joele, @japanesemask, and @joeblack1, I noticed that you all delegate large amounts of SP to @boomerang. I just want you to be aware of this message. Please note, this bot is no longer responding to customer service complaints. Sorry for tagging you, but I think you should be aware.
