Good morning from Down Under! 6 Pics Today!

Yes its the Big Apple and no its not New York... Apple and Winery Country that runs close to the border of Queensland and New South Wales, Australia, it is Stanthorpe!

There are some beautiful places on the travels down to New South Wales and Stanthorpe defiantly is the fruit basket of Queensland. Other fruits are also grown in the region like strawberries, pears and other stone fruits.

Stanthorpe is also know for its Rocky terrain that makes clearing land some what difficult.

I absolutely love exploring the wine country of different areas. I used to live in California, so needless to say there were some beauties there, and even in my home in Canada, not too far south from me there are some gorgeous vineyards. Thanks for this glimpse into the fruit basket of Queensland. Cheers!

No worries and thanks for commenting.
I have been to California about 10 times as I have relatives there and sen some of the wine country there and its a lot bigger than here. Would love to go to Canada!
Our biggest wine area is located in South Australia, the ben there but have no photos unfortunately.

Needs a worm poking out of it. The big banana is pretty cool too.

Yeah that would look good but the locals may not like it :)
in QLD we also have the Big Pineapple and once there was also a Big Cow!

That wattle is out early!

What does that mean?
