Multiday hikes are absolutely incredible. They give you a lot of time to reflect and something new is always right around the corner! I did it in NC on the AT. It was 8 days and a fantastic experience!

    Cool! I'd like to get to the AT some day, but for now I'll check off the trails on the west coast
