Great photos @victorbz I see you have a 135mm f2 lens. What maker is it? I have some vintage lenses that I might try out on my Fuji. 135mm primes though f2.8. A Rokinon and a Chinon. On the crop sensor that gives a view more like a 200mm though.

thank you Tom !
but this time this is digital photography - Canon 135/2 on full frame camera so it's just 135 and i love it so much

I do have an 85mm Canon prime that might give a similar effect on the Fuji. Have to shoot wide open as there is no aperture ring on the EOS lens (unless I set the aperture first with the Canon).

yeees you're right all the aperture settings on the digital body.
85mm is one of portraits photographers fav lens

That is a fantastic glass, and you know how to use it @victorbz.

thank you very much ! i have to take it for another round :-)

From the very beginning when I saw your photography, I understood your use of black and white as a creative choice not merely changing it from a color shot that you took. I truly believe that you see the world in black and white and the relationship between the subject you are shooting and its background.

And so it is, Victor. These are another string of shots that have a distinctive beauty about them. tip!

huge thank you Denise ! right now i'm working on the new post in my blog site (the original blog site not a steemit :-) ) and again all the images are BW and you're right - this way i see an objects and subjects for my shoots but. when i go with my film camera loaded with a color film and last time i use color film more and more i switch my perception cos i never convert color film to BW :-)

I know you are right. It has either a green or blue cast to it, not the clean black and white of things. :) It took me a while to figure that one out.

Nice work. I'm a fan of monochrome shots. Followed :)
As the host, I encourage you to take part in #MonochromeMonday
