#The World A Better Place without this ? Impossible!!!

Hello everyone, Today i will be talking about colours !Imagine what the world would look like without Colours Honestly , not a better place for everyone, including animals.
#WHAT-ARE-COLOURS
Colours are originated when light pass through a glass prism. It becomes visible to the human eyes to distinguish between the colours. We call series of colours spectrum, invisible rays are form at both ends of a spectrum which are invisible to the eye. At the red infrared is formed . At the blue Ultraviolet is formed.

Most colours do not originate directly from a light source, they are created by an interplay of light in the human eye and colourant. Flowers , fruits , trees , human beings, animals and stone allows us to see colours without themselves generating lights. They exhibit colours through colourants ! Colourants are substance which absorb a particular part of the spectrum and reflect others. Heres a little example of how colourants wrk, ,..take a torch light, point it at a Coca Cola sprite bottle ....everywhere turns green ! This is because the Coca Cola sprite bottle contains green colourant! And therefore it absorbs all other colours like Red, orange, yellow,blue and violet and reflects only green! .

Unlike other colours , black is not a good colourant. This is because it absorbs all the spectrum of light without reflecting any. Although now, some special professional cameras can capture little amount of light in the dark ( black )

Black , grey and white in theory sometimes are not colours. A white object contains a substance which does not absorb any colour in the spectrum. A black object will absorb all the colours .A grey object is somewhere in the middle of black and white .which means an equal quantity of light is absorbed and reflected hence the reflected colour mix to become grey. The lighter the grey, (the further in the direction of white) the more colours are reflected .However it is said that no colour is 100% absorber or reflector of colours/ light.
Black Absorption rate is 96%
Silver reflection rate is 98%
No colour is completely pure , every colour contains traces of all other colours . For example
BLUE + RED = PURPLE
BLACK + WHITE = GREY
RED + GREEN = YELLOW
YELLOW + BLUE = GREEN
RED + YELLOW = ORANGE

#Types-of-colours
There are two types of colours, namely Primary colours and Secondary Colours.
Primary colours are colours from which all other colours can be obtained by mixing.
Secondary colours are colours made by combining two primary colours .

#FUNCTIONS-OF-COLOURS

• Colour is a microconsciousness. Like our senses taste and smell that helps us to understand the world around us.
• Colours tells us the state of our environment and also the state of fruit whether ripe or not
