Simply turn the valve, Right tighty-Lefty loosen. Turn the valve right to shut the world out and all will be calm, this valve will not make the problems in your life go away but will stop the nonsense dead in it's tracks. I would be a fool to share the location of such a magical find, maybe I will start by letting friends and family use it occasionally. Once everyone finds the location there will be no stopping them from shutting down all the nonsense and than what would they post on facelift.com?

    In the movie This is Spinal Tap, the band's amplifiers go to 11. Every once in a while turning things up a little louder can drown out the noise of these things causing us problems.     perspective is everything in this life, I try and maintain a positive outlook, this gets difficult when there are big changes so I try to put as much time into changing my perspective fast enough to keep up with the external changes happening beyond my control that life throws my way.
