These eyes are the window to the soul

One thing we all have heard that"Eye's Never Lie". And after seeing this picture, I can say it's true. I don't know whether this picture is from Afghanistan or Pakistan, but these made me feel like I'm drowning. Truely Mesmerising. I can write a big story but I just want you guys to say something about this picture. That is all.
