If I had to describe my first ever experience of the snow I would have to say breathtakingly beautiful. Luckily because of my surfing and skateboarding background I caught on to snowboarding fairly quickly but not as exhilarating as gliding through the newly fallen powder.
Here I took a shot of the Italian side of Breuil-Cervinia's mountain range reaching over towards the Matterhorn Peak. The immense size of this range with ant-like humans skiing away in the distance absolutely blew my mind. What your first experience of snow like? Especially if you're someone from a country that doesn't get snow. I'd love to know!
