In life all the choices are in each of us not to deterioration of mind into the burden of life that makes the destruction in life ,,, choose what can make our lives comfortable with activities or things that can make our feelings get better, release all the burden in life ,, if you like adventure ,, then go is the place that might make your feelings become comfortable ,,, certainly invite also friends who can be where you tell what makes you difficult ... essentially do things that can make your feelings get better.
