The Entrepreneur's Mindset

in photography •  7 years ago

Being an entrepreneur or business owner requires that we are always on the lookout for opportunities that present themselves in the markets in which we want to be involved. Also, it involves being aware of possible new opportunities that we previously had not thought of.

It's the willingness to take calculated risks. Now there is a difference. You can approach something without any knowledge of the industry, you just have a gut feel. Well, that might work, but the calculated risks is when, you gather knowledge about whatever the possible opportunity is, weigh it with your past experience as an entrepreneur (wisdom) and determine the odds of your success. That is what I call calculated risks. You came to the opportunity, you saw what needed to be done to be successful in that market, and executed the tasks necessary to make it a success. (Conquered).

Well done thou noble entrepreneur!

What Do You Think Of The Recent Bull Run?

Being involved in Wealth Management doesn't really allow me to speak candidly about my views about the market, due to the fact it could be construed as market advice.

Having said that, it made me think of a story....

All of us have put water in a kettle and turned on the heat to make a great cup of tea.

We know when the "steam" starts escaping the spout and starts whistling, that it's time
to take it off the burner and enjoy your tea.

Thanks for asking, and as always, I appreciate your comments.

Oh Ok... I Understand
