My Trip to Vietnam Part 1/2

in photography •  7 years ago

All of these photos were taken back in 2012 during a family trip to Vietnam. My nationality is Vietnamese, but I was born in Canada.
When traveling to the other side of the world you can really see the cultural differences. The way people talk, eat, travel etc. You learn a lot from these kind of experiences, so i thought I would share some of the pictures I took. :)
All these photos were taken on a Samsung Galaxy S3 lol

A hazy sky flowing over the city

A Calm Day

In Vietnam, when the weather is sunny and really hot, you rarely see people outside. Unlike in America they prefer to not be tanned. This isn't a case for everyone, but it is for some. You would see more people on the streets at dawn.

Such a small city from the sky

In a car while everyone else is on a Scooter

Scooters is what everyone be driving in Asia. As the roads are very narrow and takes up a lot of gas. It would be more efficient to take a scooter to point A to B. Vietnam isn't a big country. But it has a ton off people.
