Rightfully breathtaking

in photography •  7 years ago

A group of us went to just explore the beauties that Cape town had to offer, and we came across this road. Absolutely breathtaking scenery with the most extraordinary scenic drive. This road stretches for 34km next to the ocian and was built by Italian slaves in the late 1600's.

The Italians truly do know how to do a good job!

Just look at the point clouds penetrate the heavy mountain. It is gorgeous. Nice angle and positioning. It is for me a phito of thinking deep into my self.

Nice work. It is said that the ancient Romans knew how to design and build roads (and Rome and Italy seem to be related), so, there might be some sort of legacy in that.

Great picture, have nominated you for a B & W picture challenge, look forward to the pics :-)
