New York is one of the most fast-paced cities in the world. Look at it from a distance and take out the colourful disturbances and what remains is the essence. An impressive combination of shapes and shades rising from the water. The One World Observatory dominates the picture with its 1,776 feet, the tallest building of America. Nonetheless are the spires of Brooklyn bridge and the Empire State building still visible as a reminder of New York's glorious past.
