Well, it's not a buffalo but it's a cow ...the most sacred animal of India. Known as holy cow, it is treated as equivalent to your own mother.

well, having seen running around cows in India, i think - poor mother. (But not saying, we do any better in treating animals)lol

Exactly. The condition of holy mother is worsening day by day but people are trying to be willfully ignorant about the root cause. They advocate their protection through their domestication for dairy while turning blind eyes to the increase in beef & leather production due to increase in dairy production which finally compels them for slaughter.
