The most interesting fishing in my life!

Hello!
I would like to tell you about my amazing journey through Karelia, which is near to Finland and is famous for its magnificent nature. Clean air, mirror lakes, charming atmosphere. And excellent fishing!

To get to the island we needed, we had to go by boat on the cleanest lake. It's just like a real mirror! If you look through the water, you can see many stones and fish. Only later we learned that the depth here is very large.

Our little trip was in June. And the weather was just wonderful. This is what you need to completely escape from the hustle and bustle of the Big city.

Time for real fishing! As soon as we settled on the island in the hut, we went on a small boat to go fishing.

The places here are really wonderful!

This toothy monster is actually a predatory fish called Pike.

It can reach 1.5 meters and weigh 35 kg, and its maximum age is 12-15 years. Very clever and cunning predator, which is considered a rich catch among fishermen.

We were very pleased and went back to the island to cook the catch. By the way, we caught a lot of different fish. The day was a success.

When evening came, we went back to the settlement.
There are few people living here, but they are really happy, because they are surrounded by incredible nature.
