Interesting information about Portugal and my experiences

Hi friand, today I would like to introduce you to some curiosities and to tell you about the country which is Portugal.
A year ago I spent one month in Portugal and it was the most beautiful month in my life so far. I visited the two largest cities of Portugal (Lisbon, Porto) and one smaller, but equally beautiful (Braga) in which I lived.

The colors of Portugal are red and green, while the combinations of these colors are the coat of arms of Portugal.

Portugal since 1139 has the same boundaries as what makes it the oldest country in Europe.

The longest bridge in Europe was built in Portugal. Located on the outskirts of Lisbon on the Tagus River and has a length of 17 km

Why is it worth going to Portugal?

The country is interesting tourist. It is diverse, with mild air temperatures near the ocean - around 27 ° C, and hot in the depths - around 40 ° C. The area of the beaches varies considerably throughout the day due to the strong Atlantic tides. The beaches are very picturesque, usually cliff, sandy, the water is very clean, although rather cool. You will be there in the summer for many sunny and warm days.

Health and safety:
Tourists feel rather safe there. There are no sanitary and epidemiological risks in Portugal, so no special vaccinations are needed.
In Portugal, you'll find yourself on a lot of sunny days, so protect your skin with UV-treated creams.
Bathing in the sea, especially in places where there are rocks, will be safer in footwear for bathing.

When to go to Portugal?
Most often, we go on summer holidays, and have children, mainly during school holidays. Portugal is specific because inland it is very hot in the summer, especially in the south, but at the same time it can be much cooler at the edge of the ocean - for us, it means that it is still warm, or at least tolerable.

Finally, I would like to add some more swouc of photos.

I live in Braga, supposedly the third largest metropolitan area of the country. It seems you also visited my home town, Viana do Castelo. The third photo from last seems to have been taken from Santa Luzia Sanctuary.

I like to visit Portugal one day.
