Peterhof Palace

The Peterhof Palace (Russian: Петерго́ф) is a series of palaces and gardens located in Petergof, Saint Petersburg, Russia, laid out on the orders of Peter the Great. These palaces and gardens are sometimes referred as the "Russian Versailles". The palace-ensemble along with the city center is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. ©Viki

So now I want to show you some photos I made last month. We were very lucky with the weather - it was a real summer, that is a rarity in that unstable climate.

Of course this is not all that I could photograph. I will show you many more pictures of this beautiful place later
