Chongqing delicious food: hot pot(重庆特色美食： 火锅）

When I came back to China last summer vacation, I made an appointment with my good friends to go to Chongqing.What was the first thing that came to mind when I went to Chongqing?Hot pot, of course. We also rushed to eat hot pot. Chongqing is a basin, so it is extremely wet. While eating hot pot and spicy food can just sweat away from the cold, so this is why people in Chongqing like to eat hot pot all year round.
After we arrived in Chongqing, we went straight to this hot pot restaurant called "Peijie old hot pot" (it is said to be one of the top ten hot pot restaurants in Chongqing). Because of the fame, we waited in line for two hours to eat. I'm starving.
Into the store, the environment is similar to other hotpot restaurants, there is no special place. But the food is really delicious!!! Especially beef. After shabu-shabu beef in the hot pot, dipped in delicate sesame oil dish, use chopsticks to take one beef into the mouth, I really feel there is meat on the tip of the tongue dancing feeling. It's so delicious!

去年暑假回国的时候和好朋友相约一起去重庆玩。去重庆想到的第一件东西是什么？当然是火锅啦。我们也是奔着吃火锅去的。重庆是一个盆地，所以特别潮湿而且很难散去。而吃火锅吃辣的食物刚好可以出汗祛除这种寒气，所以这也是重庆人为什么一年四季都喜欢吃火锅的原因。
我们到了重庆之后便直奔这一家名叫珮姐老火锅的火锅店（据说是全重庆排名前十的火锅店哦）。因为名气大，人也特别多，所以我们排了两个小时的队才吃到，真的快饿死了。
进店之后环境倒是跟别的火锅店差不多，没有什么特别出彩的地方。但食物是真的好吃！！！尤其是牛肉。把牛肉放在火锅里涮锅之后，沾上精致的香油碟，一口塞进嘴里，真有感觉有肉在舌尖上跳舞的感觉。太好吃了！
