Sobre el vuelo

Las imágenes que os traigo hoy están tomadas en las islas atlánticas de las costas de Galicia. Uno de los parques naturales de este país, “las Islas Cies”, presentan infinidad de fauna y flora que representan lo más significativo de los ecosistemas Atlánticos de las costas Europeas. Lugar donde perderse por caminos, veredas, pequeñas lomas e impresionantes acantilados en la parte norte de las islas.

Ese día me propuse investigar esa parte de acantilados y sobre todo tratar de capturar estas magnificas aves marinas en pleno vuelo. Resultaba un trabajo de paciencia ya que gran parte de las imágenes que tomaba sabía que no iban a salir con ese resultado que esperaba. Calcular la trayectoria de vuelo, reflejar el movimiento, cambios bruscos en sus desplazamientos hacen que no sean fáciles de tomar algunas de estas sorprendentes fotografías.

Otra de las cuestiones que debía tener en cuenta era mi posición, lo escarpado y peligroso del terreno y sobre todo no asustar a estos animales ya que muchos nidifican en estos abruptos acantilados y al ver presencia humana suelen ser bastante esquivas, lo cual ,debido a nuestro comportamiento como especie, no es de extrañar.
