Physical exercise is of various kinds, such as walking, swimming, riding, rowing, gymnastics, wrestling and playing many outdoor and indoor games. But all forms of exercise are not suitable for all men. If a weak man takes part in a football game or hockey, he will get tired. It is not good for him. Those who are strong and stout can take all forms of exercise. Walking is the best kind of exercise for all in all circumstances. Walking in the morning and evening refreshes or body and mind. Swimming is also a good exercise. It strengthens all the limbs of our body. Riding, rowing, wrestling, indoor and outdoor games offer simple opportunity for the exercise of our body.
Sound mind lies in a sound body. If our body becomes weak our mind must be weak. Without sound health we cannot hope sound mind. So, health is the root of all happiness. To keep our body fit we must take physical exercise.
There are many people who do not take physical exercise. They fall victim to many diseases. Life becomes dull to them. They don't find any energy. They cannot enjoy life.
To make body strong and to remain free from disease, we should take physical exercise. For peace of mind physical exercise is essential. But over and irregular exercise is bad for health. So, we must take physical exercise according to physician's direction.
