Everyone is talking about the climate change and that we have to take care of our planet so our kids and their kids and so on could have the same opportunity as us to live a happy life. That´s a fact and a real problem. Another fact and a real problem is the inactivity among people of today. If we don't change our way of living in this area it could end up with a sick planet with even sicker human beings.
WHO is trying to do something about this and strengthens the message of more physical activity by publishing a global action plan http://www.who.int/ncds/prevention/physical-activity/gappa/action-plan
Through the project "More people active for a healthier world": a global action plan on physical activity with one big goal: TO REDUCE PHYSICAL INACTIVITY
So, what does their plan mean?
The plan has four starting points.
- Create an active community
- Create active environments
- Create active people
- Create active systems
With the help of these points, the goal is to achieve a 15% reduction in physically inactive by year 2030.
Let's be active: Everyone, everywhere, everyday!
