The speed of light in a vacuum is 186K mph. It's slower in air or water..

@everittdmickey yes that is what i am reiterating. Speed of light (186K mph) is constant by definition in a vacuum. Speed of Light in reality could be slowed through BEC (Bose-Einstein Condensate), water
