Surprise Symphony (theme from Andante) - Joseph Haydn

Time to learn: ooooof, probably 8 hours. Left hand jumps all over the place, and there is an aweful pile of runs right at the end.

Time for musicality: Ran out of energy, this isn't very musical.

Time to record: Forever and a day. This was the worst so far.

Challenges: The left hand 'hopping' was the biggest challange. The way to overcome it is much the same as with cello, you have to repeat again and again, building what they call 'muscle memory'. I'm pretty sure the memory isn't actually IN your muscles, but it sure feels that way sometimes, you just have to trust your hands to go to the right place after you build it up, et voila.

Regrets: Listening to the recording, I'm proud that almost all the notes are in the right place, but I regret the lack of energy
