Pick of the Day- Cornerstone for German lesson

This stone you will see when you enter the prestigious Protestant High School in the town of Blaubeuren in South Germany. It stands next to the entrance as a kind of admonition sign for dogs who are not well behaved and mess up the area of beautiful listened buildings.

OK dogs can't read, but their owners can. However here something is quite confusing with the German grammar. Accusative or Dative, you can choose.
