12/13/18 Day 66 last day of chemo for cycle 4. A little rant about steemit, powering up and Coinbase 72 hour penalty. Thinking out loud

I will keep track of the days until I hit 90 days. That’s a milestone. No matter what I cant go past cycle 6. Any more chemo because the above avg strength I am given would do to much damage. I am going to need 3 month for recovery after cycle 6. If the cancer comes back within this period I have been told they might not be able to stop its spread. We discussed an experimental boost of the immunity system during this period. If this proves to be successful we could stay on it in lue of chemo as a preventative.
The chemo is attacking my bones. That is why every 4 weeks I have to get a bone transfusion. Next one is dou on the 24 of December. The chemo not only attacks the cancer cell it attacks everything. Soft and hard tissue alike. The report I put of yesterday addressed it a little to include that there was dead cancer cells throughout. A good read.

I was able to power up a few hours ago. 396 steem that I purchased with $104.00 US. What I did was used my debit card and put fiat into coinbase. I then purchased ether and transferred it to coinbase pro (GDAX). The two transaction were instant. I then transferred the ether to blocktrade for steem. This transaction took about 5-7 minutes . A couple more steps but at least it was not delayed by 72 hours this time. The cost with all fees turned out to be 0.262 per steem. That came out to be 0.02 per steem or $7.92 or just under 8% I can live with that. Of course the best option is for coinbase to host Steem. Its would be a win win for all.

My total SP now is 2200.011 and my VP is 0.06 .
I am going to try to power up again on the 1st. Every dollar I use to power up I take from something else. It is by far not extra money laying around. It is the Xmas season and no other time of year could be harder to use the extra cash for crypto then the kids and family . I still beleive that the near future will pay off big for steem. The more Steem you have the more your reward will be. It is all about percentages.

The price of Steem make this a great time to buy in. When Steem was at $7.00 how many wanted it to drop so we could buy in and gain more Steem with the small amount of fiat we had. I was one of them. The amount of fiat I have now is less the I had before for a couple of reasons. But what I can buy in with and power up I have done.
I have never said here that I would do something and not seen it through. I have been saying since my start here that powering up here is the thing to do. Early on I met up with @thedarkhorse and his @pifc . Its soul purpose is to help newbies grow. He has put an enormous amount of time and commitment into this Nobel cause. He has put teoghter a group of like minded people to help and assist.

Look at the people who are here . Make a mental or write down their names. Because they are the backbone of steemit. When the price jumps up all the other people will be back gaining your attention. They couldn’t bother with you now so why support them later and blow off the ones supporting you now during this low. Think about it. Maybe its time to go through your following list and make some changes.
