The main causes of piles are prolonged constipation, chronic diarrhea, prolonged defecation in the toilet and prolonged standing. Also family history, eating less fibrous foods, carrying heavy loads, obesity, reducing physical labor.
During pregnancy, the risk of piles increases due to anal sex, liver disease or liver cirrhosis.

Symptoms
