In the airline history, job offers were only given to pilots with thousands of hours, 10+years of experience, etc...

As the months continue to pass, more and more low time pilots (relatively speaking) are getting hired on as airline pilots in huge quantities. All the training is not only paid for (around $30k) but at the same time, pilot trainees are getting paid to be there. Many airline companies are also giving signing bonuses of up to $20,000.00 (Envoy) as well as paying for helicopter pilots transition training.

As a former Helocopter pilot, I completed my airplane transition training in less than 4 months and received a job offer with in 5 months. All this training took less than $20k.

Those with little to no experience can begin their training and receive an airline job in as little as 2 years. For further information, feel free to comment below.
