LET'S FOCUS ON VISITING and COMMENTING THOSE PUBLICATIONS, WHICH HAVE VERY LITTLE COMMENTS ....

Hi everyone

This is going to be quite a short post and I will go straight to the point.

Most of our PH core team members are being supported with some amount of STEEM on weekly basis. I wrote more about it here:
New account: @ph-coreteam and first few small announcements.

If you didn't read this post, then please spare a few minutes and check it out as well.

Right now I'm using already something around 4-5k STEEM per month to support our core team members. Those funds are coming to our community budget in form of beneficiaries and we're steadily growing that amount. Which is great.

I'm quite aware, that in the recent past that level of support wasn't very meaningful. After all, STEEM recently has been worth as little as 0,2$. So I couldn't really have high expectations towards the efforts of those of you, who are receiving mentioned weekly support.

However, currently, STEEM already increased greatly and I strongly believe, that sooner or later it will go above 1$. And let's face it -> it would simply mean, that "earning" 10steem in return for at least 10 valuable comments would be a great deal. Since it would be worth 10$.

I believe, that for many of us it would be a financial game-changer. Especially for those members from Venezuela, where opportunities to earn $$$ are very limited.

Acknowledging it brings me to the bottom line of this post:

Since received support matters more, then I would like to SHARE MY SPECIAL REQUEST to all of you:

  • while you're visiting PH community and scrolling through different topics, seeking one that would attract your attention -> please focus on visiting publications with very little comments.

It is crucial to understand, that it takes time to bring new valuable content creators to PH. It takes time to share with them all details, to explain how are we organized and encourage to set up beneficiary on their publications.
To understand, that some authors care about traffic and visitors and the way to retain them is by helping them out to reach out to the wider audience. Otherwise - we can easily lose some of them.

Unfortunately, it seems to me that many of us focus our efforts on reading, commenting, and engaging with people we already know and we recognize. Which is absolutely fine.
However, seeing quality publications with 2 comments (out of which one is from some bot) next to posts with 30-40 comments doesn't look right. Especially if a person with 2 comments is new in PH, and that one with 30-40 is already well established.

This will not the way to grow.

So allow me to repeat it one more time: please focus on visiting publications with very few comments. Engage with those authors, especially if they just started posting within PH.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • focus on posts that are having beneficiary to ph-fund setup, assuming that authors of those publications are familiar with our community goals, interests and vision. And that they are participating in our project economy.

PLEASE CONFIRM

There is no need to resteem this post. However, I would appreciate if each one of you would confirm reading this post. This way I will be aware of who I managed to reach with this publication already and who didn't read it yet.

Yours,
Piotr

Well said. I will like to increase my comments too. Yeah, I notice it too. But I think that's the benefits for early adopters. With time, the new comers will get those comments flying in. For now, I don't get much, I understand because I'm a bit new to Project Hope community. And I know if I dedicate my time to commenting, others will recognise me and start commenting on mine article too. I will dedicate more time. My advice, is to tell new comers like myself to comment on others contents and they will get comments too.

Hello @gifxlove

Excellent reflection!
This is how we should think, that's the right way.

You are a newcomer to our community and you felt the warmth of your welcome.
In the same way, we should receive others.
I hope you can increase the number of your comments.

Great strategy, I add totally you are right we must focus on attracting new members and growing as a community and this strategy is great

Confirm and read

I have read it, I agree with what you say, we have to make room for everyone.

Reading confirmed, thanks for the information.

  • Confirmed!.

It is a good way to boost interchange in the community and above all to make beginners feel like they are in a beautiful place.

This is the true way to improve all the people to prosper ourselves as a squad and community.

I backing the idea and I know that shortly we will all evolve rapidly as a team!.

Yes, I understand the point, it is necessary to balance this aspect. I'm not complaining, I usually get a great amount of comments on my posts, and I see that others have little. The comments help to encourage the writer. I particularly do a lot of comments a week, usually about 70 or more. I will try to focus my efforts on these new users.

I usually get a great amount of comments on my posts,

Exactly. You're well established and your posts enjoy tons of comments. While posts of new members attract often very little attention.

Hi
I confirm reading through this article
I fully agree with the thought process of this post and believe that this is the only way forward to keep growing into a bigger and healthier co mmunity

Hello everyone, I confirm the reading, I agree, I always try to do so, I see many posts with few comments and sometimes no comments at all. I think we should look for balance. Greetings!

Greetings friend @crypto.piotr.

I confirm the interesting reading of this article and I totally share your point of view, from now on I will be more attentive to comment to new users in our community and who need our support.

Thank you for being in constant communication with all of us.

Greetings friend @crypto.piotr. I will take it into account, it is good to support new users with comments, I will try to go more for those with few comments and authors that I have not given me the opportunity to read.

I get you, Piotr. I will improve and making more comments, as I have gotten my anti-blue light glasses, I can spend more time behind my laptop now. Confirmed reading through.

Greetings my friend @crypto.piotr, I agree with your approach the fundamental idea behind PH is to grow with its members and for that we must attract new users with innovative writing perspectives. Thanks for keeping us focused on this great project that is PH.

First I want to extend a cordial greeting to all the PH core team.

I agree with this approach, I particularly like to dedicate time to read publications of different topics, and within the possibilities I always try to manage the comments, I usually leave appreciations both in new users and in those users already consolidated in PH, I try to make cycles of comments not to comment in the week more than 2 times to a same user.

I confirm reading this article.

Excellent publication @crypto.piotr. There's actually no doubt that one of the major goal of this community is to increase the number of engagement in users posts and support each other. It's really heartbreaking seeing quality posts with little or no comments or engagement and I always try as much as possible to avoid such occurrence.

Another important thing there are also some users probably visitors or strangers who make create content in the community without setting up any percentage to ph-fund. What should we do in the case? Should we keep commenting on their posts or we should ignore their posts?

Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead 💓💕❤️💓💕❤️

Dear @hardaeborla

Another important thing there are also some users probably visitors or strangers who make create content in the community without setting up any percentage to ph-fund. What should we do in the case? Should we keep commenting on their posts or we should ignore their posts?

Assume that those who set up beneficiary are our priority.

Greetings dear friend, I confirm that I have read the article, it seems to me very coherent what you mention, since it seeks to integrate more authors, I will take into account what you review in your publication.

Have a great weekend !

I have read and understood the point made, I think you have to encourage with good comments to users who just rejoin PH.

Greetings

Hi @ph-coreteam
I have already read this information and I share this perspective.

I confirm reading it.

I agree with you, we should put in efforts to also engage with new authors and with posts that have lesser comments.

I confirm reading through this article.

Here i am totally agree with you. thank you

I so much love this concept. Thanks @crypto-piotr, I will make sure I followed your word. If we continue in such manner, we will keep growing massively. New members needs to feel completely welcomed into the ph community.

Hello, dear members of the core team.

I have noticed that new users are posting inside PH and placing the % for the beneficiary.

Perhaps "the word has spread" about it.

There is something that worries me about it: maybe people could be thinking that Project Hope "sells votes" and as we all know this is not the reality.

We must educate these new users, invite them to interact with others, to make valuable comments. If they are consistent and truly value our community, then they will stay.

"There is something that worries me about it: maybe people could be thinking that Project Hope "sells votes" and as we all know this is not the reality."

This is an important point, good that you have highlighted this.

Confirm and read.

Yes it's a nice idea to write comment with ph-fund benificeary as they are member and this will give more encouragement to the person and helps them motivated and write more content.

Confirmed friend, in fact, I am doing that, I see that many friends from Nigeria are coming to our community. That's great.

I understand the issue here and receiving comments and replies are nice. But the same time, those comments have to be genuine. If you force people to comment more, you can tell its not genuine since they all become like "nice post", "great information, i love it"... and stuff. Those comments become kind of spammy... to me so I am okay with few good comments or no comments, rather than forced ones... just my opinion though

@tipu curate 3

I have read and understood what is expressed in this post, it is important to support through comments for new users who join to be part of this great family called project hope. Greetings

Reading confirmed.
Have a great day.
Best regards.

I have gone through the post and agree.

I will follow the same you mentioned and its the right way to bring more value to the PH community indeed. Thank you.

  • confirmed
This makes a lot of sense. Directing our efforts on authors with less engagement will help to include them well into the community.

I confirm reading this content

Read and noted. I will be more attentive to the publications without comments
