PIRL Masternodes and DApps Overview

In 2018, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number mainstream companies becoming more aware of the advantages of blockchain technologies than ever before. While the demand for companies to develop on the blockchain is increasing, it is equally important for blockchain-based technology organizations to adapt to the demands for solutions of its user-base that are otherwise only found in a traditional centralized technology environments.

PIRL and its development community have created an ecosystem that allows for traditional tech solutions to streamline into a fully decentralized environment with their multi-tiered Masternode network. 

What exactly does this mean you might ask? In essence, imagine having the best of both worlds by being able to completely control your development, storage and bandwidth needs all within one global decentralized network. With PIRL’s three-layer Masternode network, the assurance of unstoppable functionality, combined with immutable content hosting, are designed to be operated without a middleman in a secure and scalable platform.

PIRL’s Masternode networks require a dedicated or VPS Linux server with a static public IP Address to run the premium node, content node, and storage node binaries. Here is a brief summary of each of PIRL’s Masternodes solutions:

  1. Premium Masternodes: Premium Masternodes are the top-tier masternodes in the ecosystem. They provide network security by storing the blockchain data and relaying transaction in the blockchain as well as serving as content and storage masternodes. The premium masternodes will be additionally rewarded with a percentage of the fees of PirlApp features.
  2. Content Masternodes: The Content Masternodes will provide file storage for the publicly accessible media and data needed for DApps and the marketplace. Why does PIRL need Content Masternodes and what is their importance? Content Masternodes run on the IPFS protocol. This will enhance the ecosystem by providing the possibility for hosting immutable content and protecting from vulnerabilities such as single point attacks and DDoS.
  3. Storage Masternodes: The Storage Masternodes will provide digital downloads for the marketplace, and will be used as a backup file server. Further they will be able to privately store data for Decentralized Application (DApps) hosted on the PIRL platform. Why PIRL needs Storage Masternodes and what is their importance? Centralized servers are mutable and also vulnerable to single point attacks. With the storage masternode network this data will also be decentralized which will allow PIRL to run the first real completely Decentralized Application environment.

PIRL has created the first truly decentralized application platform that is fueled by the PIRL Masternode network. Other blockchain companies that have developed DApp platforms are confined as the only data that can be processed in the blockchain is limited to simple text. This forces the user to implement centralized storage solutions for the data required to fully run their decentralized applications. One example of this is the need for a centralized server to render image or graphic files. 

In addition, other DApp platforms allow the developer to create DApp data interactions and functions with a smart contract, which performs different tasks or commands within the blockchain, but does not offer the complete internal infrastructure for hosting the actual DApp data in a decentralized matter. By utilizing the network of IPFS masternodes, PIRL will allow for all the components of a hosting environment to be completely decentralized without the need of any additional centralized storage solutions, all while having the entire infrastructure on the PIRL network.



Further, alternative blockchain platforms that host DApps are known for being expensive and complex to implement. PIRL has not only created a more efficient environment for hosting content and DApps, but has taken the steps to ensure that the platform is built with a user-friendly experience in mind and is simple to use for everyone including those with limited technical knowledge. 

In conclusion, PIRL and its development community have taken a dynamic approach that brings a full-scale decentralized blockchain environment to life. PIRL’s targeted technology functions within the network will not only allow for complete integration of decentralized applications, but PIRL has many other exciting services built into their ecosystem that will allow for organizations and end users to streamline and distribute content, facilitate peer-to-peer transactions, as well as offer and strategic services to communities on a global scale.
