FINALLY Good Mexican Food near Pismo Beach

In moving to Pismo Beach, I tried 8 different Mexican food places, and many that said "authentic" Mexican Food too, all to find my favorite enchilada dinner with horrible taste, dry, no sauce, and no lighter flavored Rancheros sauce. I had to fight and pay extra at some places, all for it to be horrible and not want it.

Having about given up and wasted a lot of money from Pismo to Morro Bay, my guy tells me he brought home enchiladas for me. I get all excited thinking it is a frozen dinner even, desperate for some good food. What a shocker to see real takeout and full of light Rancheros sauce. Not only did I finally get sauce, but the flavor was good, AND both rice and beans tasted good too. What are the odds your entire dinner has good flavor? Also they gave chips and salsa and a salad with this dinner. Now here's a place that finally does it right so far.

I was so impressed and finally in heaven, I asked how they market. They said they don't. Huh? How is that possible and how do you stay in business then? Ok, that's why I'm writing this blog post for all to know where to get good Mexican food on the Central Coast. It is La Castia and they are actually in Grover Beach, to be particular. You must go give it a try so the best things won't go out of business as what usually happens. So tell your friends too.
