Almost every time I go grocery shopping, I think I should buy some pistachios. But then I take a look at the price tag and think "pumpkin seeds are nice too".
I love pistachios but my sister insists they are full of fat and I shouldn't eat much.
but it's monounsaturated fat that lowers levels of bad cholesterol. Vegans and vegetarians need more fat to compensate for lack of animal products anyways. Pistachios are good for you.
Pistachios are full of "healthy" fat :) You can totally eat it in moderation even all nuts are high in fat but not all fats are bad...
I always say everything in moderation ๐ even if u have bit chocolate it's very good for u but full bar that's nono.
Do you ever have it ? Or like it? For me I love to too much but besides it's fat ai also cause gastrulation problem so be careful not eat too much.
