If you love PIVX and mac OS, but find the wallet to be problematic when you are getting started then this post is for you.
Always remember your PIVX are safe.
The following are steps to both keep your wallet staking and to help secure the network.
Meditate in a quiet place without any distractions for 15 minutes.
Download the latest PIVX OS wallet from https://pivx.org
Find your hidden pivx files on the mac OS. To do this you need to go to terminal and type in some commands.
Type the following commands into terminal:
(v.10.9 OS AND ABOVE)
INPUT: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE;killall Finder
(v10.8 AND BELOW)
INPUT: defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE;killall Finder
From main mac OS desktop find "Go"
Select Library
Select Application support folder
Find PIVX folder. These are your hidden PIVX files
Delete the following selected files with the red arrows:
Restart your PIVX wallet, allow it to sync.
Restart your PIVX wallet and start staking and securing this incredible network that in my humble opinion may be the first global currency.
