It seems that most of my life's stories start with something along the lines of _*"so I had this crazy idea"*_... and this one is no different. The **Pizza Wors** story started when a mate sent me a picture that was clearly Photoshopped.

It looked like Pizza in a sausage casing. Like most other people, I found the idea fun and intriguing, but ultimately unfeasible... so I shared it on FB/twitter etc. for a laugh. The reaction was so intense, that I HAD to try and make some... and so #PizzaWors was born :-)

This is my first attempt at making some... It could do with a minor tweak or two, but ultimately works as advertised... It's Pizza in a wors!!! :-)

Every time I watch your videos I get hungry, even after eating. That's a mean looking pizza broer. I don't eat pork though so I'll leave that out when I'm trying this. I'll learn braaing like a pro through you.

Re Pork: Yeah, you can pretty much put anything you prefer into the wors... just like a "normal pizza".
P.S. Anything that you do add though, should either be cooked or be able to be eaten raw. The Pizza Wors is "done" when the cheese is all melted... and this is not going to be enough cooking time to cook any uncooked meats you might have added.

Yeah... most of my recipes are "interesting" or have some sort of a twist. I'm pretty sure that almost every South African knows how to braai a steak or tan some chops... so my aim is to inspire people to try new things.
