I am holding onto a lot of glycogen and water for sure...had an entire XL pizza with 2 small bags of Doritos...I can feel how shitty my body feels right now...I am sure I need a full body workout and a 10 minute ice cold shower... but will work with what I can today...I feel like I need some healthy food to help push down all the garbage lol
I finished eating before midnight so I for sure will get to fast at least 13 hours ...Would be best if I can stretch that out to at least 16 but I doubt it since family is getting together this weekend..
