The tl;dr of Joseph's Bistro / Frank's Franks / Hours Center and Ties to Clinton Administration

Since it was brought up on Voat, here it is.

I belive Joseph's Bistro relates to the Pizzagate/Pedogate investigation as it may be a front for nefarious deeds. As one person said:

Doctors and pharmaceuticals to control.
Dentists to torture.
Religion to traumatize.
Major roadways/waterways to transport.
Lawyers to quell investigations.

INTRO:

When looking up businesses, I found a government contractor whose headquarters is listed in the same building as a lawyer. Searched the lawyer's address, it came up with the law firm and a bistro.

Followed the bistro lead. Stumbled upon a website titled "Hours Center," which seemed like a low-end version of Yelp; a list of (what seems to be mainly) food franchises, their hours of operation, addresses, numbers, website. And I probably wouldn't have looked twice at the site except for one little factor: Joseph's Bistro allegedly has 20,000+ storefronts. That's pretty impressive for a franchise no one has heard of before. Following it is a franchise called, "Frank's Franks, with 17,000+ locations across America. The only franchise with more locations in America is Subway, forever associated with pedophile Jared Fogel.

WHAT WAS FOUND:

Joseph's Bistro is a bit of a head scratcher; some locations are open a single day a week.

Some are open all week, all day.

No location, when searched for on Google Earth, is an actual storefront for any restaurant called "Joseph's Bistro." Same applies to Frank's Franks.

When checking the websites listed for Joseph's and Frank's, we see that Joseph's go to a chiropractor in Maryland, whilst Frank's is down.

The one for Joseph's... well, there's an expert there with ties to the Clinton Administration.

When checking addresses listed for the various locations, one can see trends appearing.

Locations seems to have some of these in common:

• be near places kids congregate such as schools and parks;
• associated with medical practitioners such as doctors and dentists;
• be near churches/places of worship;
• associated with lawyers;
• Busy roads, waterways, train tracks;
• Law enforcement or military

THE CONCERN:

Some people believe that it's a simple aggregation error from the bot collecting data and entering it on Hours Center. This has been demonstrated as not applicable; if a bot entered that information, it'd be more uniform. So far, the only uniform thing about Joseph's and Frank's, is that each listing contains the aforementioned website links. Which, again, one leads to a chiropractor office in Maryland with ties to the Clinton Administration, and the other leads to a broken website about real estate... which means one of two things:

a) stupid bot can aggregate web presence yet can't make standardized entries (except for the website portion) for anything relating to Joseph's; or
b) it's a front, entered by hand, to have certain hours listed, certain locations and phone numbers listed, and to identity them as not being an actual restaurant, but part of a shady network, are the websites.

As a side note, if you search for the website listed on Frank's Franks, www.franksbiggsmra.com
you don't get much.

But if you break up the address into Frank Biggs mra, one gets this hit:

So, one's gotta scratch their head and ponder how creepy it is that an "ex Navy spook" works for an RV center called "Sales B Young RV" ... because that is a truly cringe-worthy business name when one thinks about human trafficking and how easy it'd be to move several people at once in a large vehicle such as an RV. And given how common they are on highways, byways, and trailer parks, one can consider the notion that it could play a part in a shady network. Given the ex-intelligence aspect, too, extra-extra cringe-worthy.

Added as cherries upon this fucked up sundae are these testimonies from Voaters in regards to their discoveries when searching out the Joseph's Bistro listings in their town:

There's more to the Invisible Bistro than we know. I'm almost certain of it given the forum slide whenever it's mentioned on Voat and how people's personal experiences help paint a fucked up picture of corruption and shady doings. We cannot dismiss people's personal experience with those listed on Hours Center as "Joseph's Bistro."

I feel this is a lead worth pursuing in an observational fashion; do not engage, do not investigate on the ground.
