Important Announcement: PlaceToRent Pre-Sale Extended

Dear PlaceToRent Community!

Due to the ongoing and overly dominating bearish sentiment in the crypto market and the fact that the majority of our token sale participants (current and potential) are holders of crypto assets, the PlaceToRent management reached a consensus to extend the pre-sale period by six weeks (as well as a 40% bonus) to enable a larger percentage of the community to participate. The period of the main sale will be shortened, respectively. Please see the updated schedule (in UTC) below:

We believe this extension will also allow us to further communicate our story and educate the world on our mission to automate the rental process and leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist households with invisible credit/work history in gaining access to rental opportunities and affordability. We would like to express our deep gratitude to our community across the globe rallying for a similar cause to provide transparency, trust, and decentralization to the world. We are convinced this extension will attract additional interest to our project and are looking forward to taking it to the next level.

The pre-sale date change has not affected our timeline, and we are continuing to deliver on our milestones as planned. To-date, we have conducted a thorough market research and analysis, defined the project’s technical specifications, and designed our platform prototype which is undergoing development. Additionally, last week we entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Ingot Coin and became a member of Komorebi Alliance. Throughout 2018 and going forward, PlaceToRent will continue active development of the project and update its releases.
