A touch and go is a maneuver where an aircraft comes in for landing, touches down the rear wheels and then takes off again without completing the landing.
I managed to get some nice shots of the smoking wheels at the start and end of the full touchdown. (Notice the birds disturbed by the activity)
Taking off again. (check out the shimmer in the heat from the exhaust)
Fully airborne again.
