Planets have significant impact on every creature and living organisms including human in the world. Planets give results good or bad according to its placement during your birth. So, it is very important to know where these planets are placed in one's birth chart in order to forecast one's life. In this article we will try to know what are the planets and their nature.
It is very important to know the planet's nature and the characteristics to determine how it would act in any houses of a horoscope which we will discuss in the later articles.
Basically all nine planets of the solar excluding Uranus, Neptune and Pluto have major influence in our life. In addition to that Sun, Moon, Rahu and Ketu have major influence too. Rahu and Ketu are not planets. They are northern and southern node of moon respectively. But they are considered as planets in Vedic Astrology due to their strong impact in our life.
so lets discuss one by one about respective planets:
Today we will discuss about Sun, Moon and Mars.
Sun - In Vedic astrology Sun defines the soul of a human being. Sun is a symbol of courage, confidence and positivity.
It is the symbol of fierceness. It is a ,dry, masculine, positive and hot planet. Sun is considered to be mild malefic due to the heat it generates. Sun gives us vitality, power and immunity from any adverse events. It is directly responsible for the development of the physical characters. Strong Sun provides an individual with qualities like good intellect, prosperity, wealth, good fortune, wisdom, high aspiration and knowledge of medicine. It also governs the spiritual relationship of an individual with temples and other holy places. It represents the “Father” in native’s birth chart.
Moon - Moon defines the emotions of a human being, Moon is nocturnal, cold, changeable, moist, receptive and feminine planet. Mental stability, smartness, presentable, good looking are the characteristics of moon. Happiness ,homely atmosphere, car and vehicles, any kind of liquid business are indicated by moon and its placement.
Mars- Mars defines the courage, confidence and leadership of a human being. He is the commander in chief of his king Sun. Mars is often called the red planet. It represents the masculine character of a native. Its element is dry and fiery.
Anger, rage, short-tempered, hatred, impulsive nature and insensitivity are some of the nature of mars. Any kind of blood related diseases, surgery or accidents are related to mars.
