Hi, Steemians!

I want to make a contest that will help me and other PLANKTON understand Steemit in a fun and easy way. I believe being mentored by more number of heads will be better than being mentored by just one person. I think different ideas will make it more interesting.

Let me break down below what this is all about.

Help A Plankton Understand Steemit - A Weekly Comment Contest

What is it about:

I will be soliciting comments about a Steemit topic I want to know about and the best comment for me will win the prize.

Who Can Join:

Any Steemian

Prize:

I am just a Plankton so please bear with me giving this little prize of 0.010 for the best answer. I will also send 0.001 to all who join.

Deadline:

A week after posting contest post.

Rules:

Comment must be in English.
You may also want to make a post about it but it's your choice (optional).
As much as possible give a different answer than what already has been given by others.
Be clear about your statements, avoid jargons so new users or Plankton of Steemit will understand.

To earn better with curation, upvote the particular post early. Also, don't upvote posts with huge rewards. It means people with high SP have voted and you can't compete with them

I would say, blog daily and join a good discord. Curate manually and I think your account will grow and you Will see the difference,

Hi, I've been there and I know how it feels to know so little about Steem. If you don't have time to curate manually, just pick a good guy with the same SP as yours and follow his curation trail. If he is earning good with curation and you follow his trail then you earn good, too. But if you are not busy you need to choose people to curate and make sure to check 7 days after if the people you chose earned you curation, if you did not then find other people to curate. Usually you earn from smaller accounts and with good timing. Best of luck with your journey to find out the secrets. LOL

Alternatively, if you come across a post you think should be rewarded vote for it and even promote it in discord to get more votes on it

This is a very good question cos I’m also experiencing it too. When I got 100SP, I realized that I could fully upvote .001 with my voting power.

Then I begin to ask myself how can I earn curation rewards with only 100SP. With all my search I found out that if I curate or upvote 7-10 post manually on a daily basis i would be able earn some rewards.

I gave it a try and I saw it works out for me. With the time being stuck with work all the time, I use Steem Autovote to upvote some of my good steemians and also my fellow Plankton, so I can upvote the as soon as they drop a post.

@chrismadcboy2016 this is a good informative helpful contest for planktons or newbie steemians. In my understanding and what I have experienced planktons must join daily contest to earn daily then slowly increase the value then power up.
