I am so happy to see plant-based diets being promoted on here! I am not sure about your units of measure but I think I am pretty close to your example! 5'7, age 26, 115lbs female. I only eat plant based foods and everyone always asks me how/why/what am I doing. I encourage and try my best to inspire as a raw food nutritionist, and am happy to have friends around to share information with! Looking forward to your posts :)

    Hi! Units of measure are in Metric system. Kilogram = kg, grams = gr, centimetre = cm. Hope it healps! :)
