INGREDIENTES
1kg de cebolla = rallada
1/2 taza de aceite
200gr de azùcar
1/2kg de pimentòn = juliana
500gr de pure de tomate
Mostaza
Pimienta en grano
2 cabezas de ajo = brunoise
1 1/2 de muchacho
Sal
Brunoise= corte en cuadritos de 22 mm
Juliana= corte en tiras finas
PREPARACION
1º Poner a calentar aceite en una paila
2º Sofreir el ajo y la cebolla, retirar de la paila y reservar en un bolw
3º Luego colocar la azùcar para hacer un caramelo
4º Sofreir la carne, colocar sal, pimienta y una cucharada de mostaza
5º Ir agregando la cebolla, el ajo y el pimentòn
6º Retirar el muchacho del fuego y sacar para picarlo en ruedas
7º Volver a colocar en la paila y agregar el pure de tomate
8 Dejar cocinar hasta que este blandito
De esta manera tendran un rico muchacho en salsa, el cual puede ser acompañado con arroz, tajada, ensalada, pasta, etc. Nota: la zanahoria se uso solo para decorar.
