Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Plant Species?

I am struggling to identify this plant species .... I suck at identifying succulents! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree on Mammillaria gracilis texensis cv Arizona snowflake. It's one of those poor plants that have been dyed red as a sales gimmick and now it is growing out its natural white
