Have a better nights sleep with these two indoor plants

Keeping Lavender and Rosemary plants in your bedroom is an excellent way to get a better, healthier nights sleep.

Lavender, pictured here, is a go to in aromatherapy when one is trying to calm down and relax. This indoor plant secretes a very light and fragrant lavender smell into the room. Pick a leaf or two and rub on pressure points or put in your pillowcase for an even stronger lavender experience.

Rosemary, as pictured here, is also a great indoor plant for a better nights sleep. This plant absorbs moisture from the air and filters it, creating a cleaner environment. It also smells very earthy, piney, almost like a Christmas tree. A perfect scent to help you drift off to sleep on these cold nights.

Don't have enough sunlight for an indoor plant in your bedroom?
~ keep the plant in well lit areas by day, then simply move it to your nightstand before bed! ~

Very good tips. It would def be a challenge. I don't have good light for an indoor herb.

I have taken fresh clippings though and rubbed them together like you said. For aroma therapy, etc.
Thx
