Psalm 133 is a psalm dedicated to the blessedness of brotherly love, It is a psalm of thanksgiving for the blessing received from the Lord: "the spiritual communion of the brothers". This psalm must be understood within the context of the other prayers of the book, this sentence is a conclusion of psalm 1, the psalm of the two ways, the communion, the union of minds and hearts of the people of God is a consequence of the righteous life:
"How pleasant and good it is
when God's people live together in unity!
It is like precious oil poured on the head,
running down on the beard,
running down Aaron's beard,
down on the collar of his robe.
It is as if the dew of Hermon
were falling on Mount Zion.
For there the LORD bestows his blessing,
even life forevermore.", Psalm 133:1-3

Communion is the ethical or correct social order, is how God desires men to live. This order is the product of the love projected towards the whole creation of God ("His works is perfect", Deuteronomy 32:4), the Agape love: "God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit", Romans 5:5.
But this communion is the fruit of a life full of righteousness (golden rule, Matthew 7:12), piety (constancy, devotion, firmness) and mercy (kindness, gentleness, compassion). We cannot receive the blessing of life in common if we lead a life full of sins, our actions have a return, selfishness, greed and fear are never good advisers: "For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction". Psalm 1.
The bible continually asks us to always learn to "read God's thoughts" through listening: perceive with attention, meditate with intuition and inspiration, decide with creativity and discernment.
To those who live in communion, the Psalm adds, God grants the blessing of eternal life, the worship of wisdom (radiant happiness).
