You need to publish original content, or reviews, or photos... Anything which will be deemed valuable and enriching to the community of Steemit. It takes time, work, and a lot of luck, but my advice is to stick to what you like and love :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
