Is plexcoin a scam or not?

I recently buy plexcoin I didn't check it because it was cheap and affordable at 60$ before you will have a 200 plexcoin token and now I check the website and finally realize they don't post their team and also they went for a holiday? I was thinking everyone got busy of the competition in ICO cryptocurrency business and still they have time for holiday? They also post in their facebook advertisement a video that I couldn't understand indian language, I don't know exactly. It was so weird and it looks like they are just playing around. If in case they are really a scam, lesson learn that we should check first the team and the credibility of the ICO cryptocurrency before we invest don't just buy because it's cheap buy it for the reason that it have a good team, goal and vision. In short, check the website everything before we buy and only buy if you have extra money so that you don't regret too much in case it's a scam.
