Although this flower is a wild flower, it is loved by everyone and is a very familiar flower. Especially being purple in color made it more attractive. Lagerstroemia speciosa (giant crepe-myrtle, Queen's crepe-myrtle, banabá plant, or pride of India) is a species of Lagerstroemia native to tropical South Asia. It is a deciduous tree with bright pink to light purple flowers.
