It's our weekly Saturday night podcast and this week we talk about a woman who moved her family and children out of the United States to Ecuador for a more simple life. What are the benefits to this lifestyle and what could be the drawbacks. We personally feel the United States gives the most freedom of any country on earth still at this point. However there are some amazing benefits and learning opportunities for children by living overseas.

Pruning Tomatoes

We also talk about some other articles that came out this week including how to prune your tomatoes for optimal success. If you're a new gardener and have no idea what a sucker it, this will be a great learning opportunity.

History of the Poor

History teaches us many lessons that are easy to forget over time. It's important to look back at what has been and learn from the times of the past so we don't make the mistakes of the future. What was life like for our poorest ancestors?

I would gladly take my family and children from Ukraine to the United States, I do not see the point of leaving the US

Totally agree.

It is unfortunate that the Ukraine is once again becoming the whipping boy for war profiteers and scumbags jockeying for power.

From your hat, you'd fit right in in Texas =)

Yes, very very sorry that this is so, Texas cool state I have cowboy boots :)

Great podcast as always

Thank you!

Subscribing you your podcast!
I wouldn't leave the US. I still think for now the safest place to bug out or on is here.
Such valuable info.

I agree!

Love it brother. I did up vote and resteam. God Bless.

THANK YOU! Much appreciated!

resteemed it.

THANKS!

There are safer places in the USA. Basically, stay away from both coasts. Places in Arkansas and Missouri seem to be recommended. Texas seems to be a safe state in general.

Texas is overcrowded. No way! The only open ground they got there now is in the west in the desert.

Thanks for another great podcast. We look forward to every post you make. Upvoted & resteemed! You introduced us to Steemit & now we're addicted. Who needs FB? ;)

You always get an upvote and resteem from me between you and @papa pepper it's a buffet of knowledge , Thanks and keep it up !!

Well it depends on choice...the US has its advantages and disadvantages based on the angle you view it.

There are problems in America you will not find elsewhere. Almost 2% of the American population is in some form of involuntary servitude, excluding privately held slaves. I'm not even going to mention the obvious political corruption, as it is unclear that it's worse here than elsewhere, by any measure. It ain't better though.

Living in an urban area simply imposes limitations on personal conduct that are the antithesis of liberty, regardless of the particular political system. The plain fact is that to be maximally free, you need to situate yourself beyond the notice and reach of masses of people.

This is why I raised my kids on a homestead in the woods.

Great pod cast as always.
I have been a you tube subscriber to your channel for quite a while now and thanks to your first video post about seemit on you tube I most likely would not have found out about it. Thank you for that.

About leaving the US, I am not, would not leave. I'd rather work hard for what I have and fight to keep it. with some states in the US trying to outlaw rain collection, growing your own garden, and the off grid lifestyle, these states are trying to take every bit of self reliance from the people. We need to fight that with all our ability.

Thanks for another informational podcast. I listen to them every Sunday. The few times that you couldn't do them I really missed hearing you and Jamie. Thanks for doing what you do and keep up the good work!

I totally agree on the aspect of arming oneself in a foreign nation. What is interesting is that I have noticed that some people I follow, who were in Costa Rica, have come back recently. One is KJ Osborne, from TheScariestMovieEver channel, and the other is Torah Family. Maybe something is calling them back to the US???

Great broadcast! I was listening while doing the dishes, which is actually why I don't mind doing them. lol

I listen every week! Thanks for doing the podcast!

This is the land of half my genetic makeup (the other half got here as fast as possible), I as an American will not just hand over or walk willingly from my country for another. Loved the show last night! Resteemit!

Not being a natural citizen in any country leaves you open to imprisonment (usually under false allegations) and/or deportation. No thanks! I'll stay right here and take my chances. Cant wait to listen to the podcast! Best wishes
