Does he have some physical damage to the language center of his brain? Because he kinda seems like an UnPerson when he's talking to Zelenskyy. Like Zelenskyy will say literally any combination of words and all Lex can reply with "i have a dream that one day you, Putin and Trump will sit together, and you will form a tri-national cuddle puddle of peace and love, and you will adopt and raise interracial children together in your new Triumvirate polycule of eternal utopia. What do you think of my dream, Dr. Zelenskyy" and then Zelenskyy does his utmost not to do a Jim-from-the-office glare into the camera.
